Transparent pricing

Real prices. No surprises.

Every price on this page is a real price. If your situation fits a line, that is what it costs. If it does not fit, we quote it in writing before any work starts — you will never receive an invoice you did not agree to first.

Monthly bookkeeping

Priced on volume, not guesswork

Pick the tier that matches your business. The price does not move once we agree on it.

Onboarding and catch-up — required, one time

We do not take on a set of books without bringing them current first. If we build reports on numbers we have not verified, every decision you make from them is wrong, and we would be signing a tax return we do not trust. This is not optional and it is not waived.

Year-round packages

Books, payroll and both returns — billed monthly

Most owners want two things: to know what accounting costs every month, and to never get a surprise bill in April. These do both. Your business return and your personal return are included.

For a single-owner business with straightforward books.

Per month$495
  • Essentials bookkeeping
  • Business return (1120-S or 1065)
  • Owner personal return with K-1
  • Quarterly estimated payment calculations

Partner

For established businesses that want a finance function, not a filing service.

Per month$1,145
  • Complete bookkeeping with job costing
  • Business and owner personal returns
  • Quarterly advisory and annual planning
  • 1099-NEC filing (up to 10)
  • Illinois annual report filing

Add payroll to any package from $150/mo. Onboarding and catch-up quoted separately, due before the first monthly cycle. Twelve-month initial term, then month to month.

Starting before October 31: onboarding is half price on any twelve-month package, and your first tax planning session — normally $750 — is included. We can only onboard a few clients properly before filing season, so this closes when those places are gone.

Already a client? Refer someone and you get account credit — $50 for a tax client, $300 when they become a monthly bookkeeping client. They get something too.

Questions

Pricing & process

Yes. Tell us your situation and we reply with your exact flat price. No obligation. You only pay if you decide to move forward, and the price does not change after we start.

Every situation uses different forms. A single W-2 return is simpler than one with two rental properties and a trucking business. The starting price covers the simplest case; your free quote locks in the exact number for yours.

Because cleaning up a year of unreconciled books is a different job from maintaining clean ones, and pretending otherwise is how bookkeepers end up resenting their clients. We quote it honestly and separately, and the diagnostic is credited if you proceed.

Packages carry a twelve-month initial term, then continue month to month with thirty days’ notice from either side. A-la-carte bookkeeping has no minimum term.

You fill out a five-minute intake form, upload photos of your documents through the secure portal, and we handle the rest. We review everything with you by phone or video before anything is filed.

No. Representation before the IRS requires Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney status. We can prepare a written response for you to sign, explain what a notice means, and refer you to a credentialed professional if your matter needs one. We will tell you that up front rather than after you have paid.

Bank and credit card statements within ten days of month end, and answers to open questions within five business days. That is genuinely it. Everything comes through the portal.

Know your number before you commit.

Send us your situation and we come back with the exact flat price. No obligation, no pressure.
